Lawn bundle scarf by Japanese brand Pas De Calais. A delicate, hand dyed cotton silk scarf. Dyed with bundle dyeing technique where dye is applied to the motif and then wrapped with fabric to create a print. Botanical dyed, square shaped with crinkled texture that will change and fade over time.

Created in Japan in 1998 by Yukari Suda, Pas de Calais takes both its inspiration and its name from Pas-de-Calais in Northern France, a region known for its artisanal heritage and scenic landscape. The brand develops its own original textiles by combining ancient dying techniques with contemporary tailoring, thus creating a signature style marked by its natural tones and romantic silhouettes.
