Chisaki Noriko is a master hatmaker from Japan. At the heart of her creation, she positions the happiness of her clients and the connection between product and customer. After making hats for 12 years, she established her brand “chisaki” in 2016. Ever since, she has been passionate about preserving manual techniques and non-conventional materials through her works.
