Two pieces to rule the summer

All week I was trying to do this very serious, very professional fashion analysis:
what actually got the most wear out of my closet this summer?
Turns out, no Excel sheets or pie charts were needed
the answer was painfully obvious.
Charlie and Short Polly. Day after day. Out to coffee, to work, to errands, to evenings when I pretended I had “plans.”
Basically, they’ve been my unpaid interns, showing up on time and doing all the work without complaint.

So, here I am, giving them the public credit they deserve.
And since I know I’m not the only one whose summer style was basically two pieces on repeat,
I’m curious who were your overachievers this season.
