From Family Name to Bestseller: The Lina Story

Met my partner exactly ten years ago and as is my habit, I immediately started naming designs after the people in my life. His daughters got their own pieces, he got one too, and even the family name LINA made it into the collection.

What I didn’t expect was that he or rather, his pullover would become my biggest hit ever.

Lina started out as a simple batwing pullover made of soft French terry. Over the years it’s had a few tiny facelifts, but the cut has stayed exactly the same because, honestly, why mess with perfection?

At one point, during the pandemic, I decided to give it a break. (We all needed one, right?) But before long, customers started writing, calling, and basically begging for it back. So I did what any designer in a long-term relationship with her pullover would do I ran back to the pattern maker.

And here we are, ten years later the Lina is still here( both family and pullover), softer and prettier than ever, in four beautiful colors. Three are already online, and the black one will join them next week just taking its time…
Slow fashion at its best and a love story that turned out to be surprisingly long-lasting.

Meanwhile
